Accessibility statement
GreenFab addresses SMEs across the entire Greater Region – a website that excludes part of this target group would be difficult to justify.
Scope
This statement applies to the GreenFab project website. We strive to make the website accessible in accordance with applicable accessibility regulations. The reference standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.
Conformance status
The website is partially conformant with the stated requirements. The content listed below is not or not fully accessible for the reasons given.
Non-accessible content
- No audit by an accredited body. This statement is based on a self-assessment. The status will be updated once an external audit report is available.
- Reports and sustainability framework as PDF. Project results will in part be published as PDFs. Accessible PDF documents are the goal, but cannot be guaranteed in every case for third-party files. If you need a document in an accessible format, please contact us – we will provide it.
- Interreg logo. The programme logo is only available as a raster image and is used unchanged because modification is prohibited under programme guidelines. It carries alt text.
- Partner logos. Their height is severely restricted by programme guidelines. Their informational content is available as alt text; partners are additionally named in the text.
- The AI matching platform is being developed during the project and will be a separate application. This statement does not apply to it; it will have its own statement if needed.
What is implemented
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicator and a skip link to content.
- Contrast checked throughout: body text well above requirements, borders and dividers above 3:1.
- Proper heading hierarchy, landmarks and language tagging.
- No content accessible only via JavaScript. Without JavaScript, the navigation remains fully visible.
- No animation, no automatic changes, no time limits.
- Text size in relative units, layout usable at 400% zoom.
